positions and titles.<br \/>The start of the Jordan International Rally | Al Rai newspaper PM 12:25 1\/3\/24,<br \/>2\/3 Sports\/Start-of-the-Jordan-International-Rally\/10781259\/article\/com.alrai:\/\/https<br \/>The rally witnessed the opening ceremony with a ceremonial start from the Dead Sea Marriott Hotel, where it was given<br \/>Engineer Amer Al-Bashir, Deputy of His Highness Prince Faisal bin Al-Hussein, Chairman of the Board of Directors in Jordan<br \/>Motorsport has the starting badge in the presence of a crowd of motorsport enthusiasts.<br \/>The start of the rally was preceded by a press conference in which the drivers ignited the competition with their statements<br \/>And their preparations after they passed the training stages in the previous days.<br \/>The drivers unanimously agreed on the importance of the Middle East Rally Championship and the necessity of preserving it and supporting it<br \/>Drivers from various countries in the region.<br \/>25 competitors from 7 countries stood on the starting line of the Jordan Rally, and they are also participating in the second national rally.<br \/>19 contestants and is held with the support of \u201cZain Jordan\u201d, \u201cHAL\u201d and \u201cPlace FM\u201d.<br \/>The special stages witnessed minor changes in the middle section of the Jordan River stage.<br \/>Its distance is 40.79 km, and a new stage was added, which is the short and long Dead Sea stage<br \/>3.48 km, which is held as part of Friday\u2019s competitions.<br \/>The rally stages include 12 special stages with a distance of 208.04, distributed over Friday and Saturday.<br \/>The total distance of the rally is 589.85 km.<br \/>The owl stages begin in the Ikrat stage 1 and 2 and its distance is (9.49 km), and the Jordan River stage 1 and 2 and its distance is<br \/>(40.79 km), Al-Maghtis 1 and 2, its distance is (11.34 km), and the Dead Sea 1, its distance is (3.48 km).<br \/>The distance of the special stages of the first day is (126.72) km, and the total distance is (335.15 km).<br \/>As for the stages tomorrow, Saturday, they are Bahath 1 and 2, their distance is (12.58 km), and Sowayma 1 and 2, their distance is (11.08 km).<br \/>km), and Ma&#8217;in 1 and 2, their distance is (17.00 km), and the distance of the special stages is (81.32 km), and the distance is<br \/>Total (254.70 km).<br \/>The Jordanian ambition is great, foretelling intense competition in the rally between the drivers, Issa Abu Jamous Sahib<br \/>Middle East Championship title (Merck 2) in 2022, after coming in first place in 5 rallies:<br \/>Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon also came in second place in the overall standings of the East Almalhin with 21 points.<br \/>Participating in the rally is the driver Sheikh Badr Al-Fayez, who previously participated in the Jordan Middle East Rally<br \/>Along with navigator Mustafa Juma in 2022, he achieved outstanding results in the Jordan Rally Championship.<br \/>He also participated in the Oman and Qatar Rally in 2023 and ranks 6th in the group (Merck 2).<br \/>With 19 points and
